Node TD

Bucking the trend of your standard Tower Defense games, I'm working on Node TD; a minimalist, roguelite version within the genre!

How is this any different to other tower defense games I hear you ask? Most TD's require you to place towers permanently, unmoving. In Node TD, the Player can move their towers continuously within the playable area allowing them to adapt to the ever-changing enemy advance. 

What else is there, you say? Instead of enemies approaching on set paths towards your 'base' in waves, enemies will spawn randomly all around you continuously. Requiring Players to constantly adapt to survive. 

Defeat enemies and earn points which you can then use to purchase more towers or, when you inevitably die, unlock more advanced towers, upgrade them or even unlock power-ups to give yourself time-limited advantages during your next rounds.

Notes: 
- ALL current visuals are placeholders only. 
- Settings menu currently does not work!
- Currently no audio


How to play:
Download the .exe and run!

Play, destroy enemies and earn points.
Upgrade your Towers and Power-Ups through the Upgrade menu. 
Equip Power-Ups to use during each round through the Upgrade menu and select under each Power-Up you want to equip. Put them in any order you want.
Build new Towers by selecting which one you want at the bottom of the screen. 
Build, destroy, upgrade, repeat!
Use hot-keys 1, 2 and 3 to use Power-Ups during game time, if equipped.
